It was my birthday weekend and the GM brought me a little birthday gift bag. Everything was wonderful clean quiet and there was even a big family reunion in the courtyard but they were very respectful and it was still very nice and peaceful. The staff was so pleasant never once did I walk out in the hallway and see a staff member that didn't strike up a conversation of greetings or good morning good afternoon ..... I would 100% say that it was the nicest group of people that I have ever encountered at any hotel that I've stayed at. I will return. And to the GM that gave me the little snack bag with water and a nice card. Thank you very much It was very much appreciated!!

The property was amazing, perfectly landscaped, cleaned, gated, nothing was broken or unavailable to use. The rooms were very nice and clean with balconies. BUT at he BEST thing was the staff! I believe the the lady that checked us in may have been the manager, if not she needs to be! and if she is, give her a raise. A breath of fresh air! Knowledgeable, kind and genuine. I believe her name was Debbie?!? Anyways, my husband and I were thankful for the clean nice room. But we are most thankful for the way we were treated by any staff that we came across, from the front desk to security, to the housekeepers. Thank you!

Free Wifi, clean room. Perfect for a quick stay. Was travelling alone and felt very safe, despite all warnings about the safety in Memphis. The staff was super helpful with directions, hotel amenities, individual requests, etc. My room was cozy and very clean!

There was no microwave in the room. The phone didn't work so I had to go downstairs to ask a question. The bed itself was comfortable but the duvet and sheet was starchy. Room was pretty.

I liked the fact that there are balconies with every room. I also like that there was a bar and the opportunity to purchase food and snacks. The staff was friendly and the place was secure.
